1. Child must be within 18 months – 6 years of age.
2. One entry blank and $3.00 fee must be enclosed for each entry.
3. Entries limited to first 25 in each class.
4. Each entry must display assigned entry number during parade.
5. Each entry must designate class for competition on form.
6. Live animals, motorized vehicles are prohibited.
7. REcorded audio and battery-powered lights are permitted.
8. Floats must be hand-pulled.
9. All entrants must complete parade route to be eligible for prizes.
10. Use one entry blank for each category entered.
